My recipes are mainly desserts, although I will stick main meals in here from time to time. These desserts are filled with lots of calories and the good stuff that's bad for your body. CRUMB MIXTURE: 1 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs 1/4 C. Powdered Sugar 1/4 C. Butter, melted FILLING: 2 C. Flaked Coconut 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk 6 Chocolate Candy Bars W/Almonds Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, stir together all crust ingredients. Press on bottom of square baking pan. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Meanwhile, in bowl, stir together coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Pour over hot crust. Continue baking for 12-17 minutes. Place candy bars on top of baked filling to cover entire surface. Continue baking for 4-5 minutes. Spread chocolate over bars. Cool completely until chocolate is set; cut into bars. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
STRAWBERRY SOUR CREAM TARTS | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

2 3/4 C. Flour | 1 C. Butter, softened 1 C. Sour Cream 2 Tbsp Lemon Peel, grated 1 C. Strawberry Preserves Heat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, combine 1 cup flour, butter, sour cream and lemon peel. Beat until well mixed. On well floured surface roll out dough, one-third at a time; to a rectangle. With sharp knife, cut into 12 squares. Place squares on cookie sheets. Repeat with remaining dough. Place about 1 teaspoonful preserves in center of each square. Bring together 4 corners of each square and pinch to seal. Bake for 11-14 minutes. Cool completely; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
